He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Clark and Georgia Clark (Bullock); his wife Margaret "Magy" Schitter; and his brothers, Raymond Jr. "Butch" and Ronald Clark.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy Newkirk of Jasper, IN and Scott Clark of Jasper, IN; his grandchildren, Krystalyn Williams (Clay) and Collin Newkirk (Paxton); and his great grandchildren, Spencer Harlen, Alice Williams and Reagan Newkirk.
