He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Cook and Helen Cook (Angermeier); and his spouse Lani Goodness. He is survived by: his children, Courtney Cooney (Mike) of Westfield, IN and Kyle Cook (Brooke) of Ireland, IN; his grandchildren, Nolan (A. J. Cooney), Sophie, Finley, James Cook (Ann Hilgefort) and Jasper; and his brothers, David Cook (Beth Ann) of Evansville and Michael Cook (Karla) of Evansville.
