He was predeceased by : his parents, Bentley Messer and Beatrice Messer (Meeks); his wife Wendylynn Uppencamp; his daughter Ann Uppencamp; and his siblings, Marvin, Jerry, Gordon, Irene and Brenda.
He is survived by : his children, Amanda Collard (Kenneth Jr.) of Jasper and Matthew Messer of Jasper; his siblings, Jack Messer and Barbara Belcher; his granddaughters, Luz and Ana; and his great grandchild River.
