The memory of Sarah Katherine Elliott of Jasper, Indiana, who passed away on January 23, 2026 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Riester and Louise Riester (Gercken); her husband George "Dave" Elliott; her siblings, Martha Olinger, Jeannette Clark, Shirley Reckelhoff, Mary McRae and Gary Riester; her in-laws, Robert Reckelhoff, Jerry McRae and Mary Lou Riester; and her nephews, Kurt Reckelhoff and Aaron Haverly.

She is survived by: her children, Debbie Henderson (Paul), Jeff Elliott (Kim) and David Elliott. She is also survived by six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
