He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Striegel and Anna Striegel (Knies); his siblings, Mary "Mae" Hasenour, Lucille Wigand, Robert, Edward and Kenneth Striegel; and his siblings' children, Nancy Friedman, Judy Atwood, Allen Hasenour, Roger Wigand, Joe Buechlein and Scott Striegel.
He is survived by: his sisters, Betty Burger of Jasper, IN, Lorraine Buechlein of Jasper, IN and Gloria Williams of Ooltewah, TN. He is also survived by 27 nieces and nephews, and several great and great-great nieces and nephews.
