She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Weidenbenner and Olevia Weidenbenner (Durcholz); her husband Alvin R. Mehringer; her daughter Cynthia M. "Cindy" Kiefer; her granddaughter Kelsey M. Mehringer; her brothers, John, Morris and Jerome Weidenbenner; and her brother-in-law Maurice Eckerle.
She is survived by: her children, Marla Becher (Phil) of Jasper, IN, Sharon Sermersheim (Mark) of Ireland, IN, Alvin Jr. Mehringer (Mary) of Jasper, IN, Donn Mehringer (Melody) of Francisco, IN and Phil Mehringer (Amy) of Jasper, IN; her siblings, Marilyn Eckerle of Greenwood, IN, Frances Waddell (Jim) of Indianapolis, IN and Bernard Weidenbenner of Jasper, IN; and her sister-in-law Helena Weidenbenner of Jasper, IN.. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
