He is survived by: his daughter Terrah (Elliot); his granddaughters, Milana and Vivian Lozano (Marsha Mills); his sisters, Karen Moeller (Mark), Kathy Mathies (Keith) and Janice Bell (Tom); his sister-in-law Kate Buchta; and his brothers, Randy Buchta (Elaine) and Terry Buchta (Sandy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a favorite charity.
