He is survived by: his wife Brenda Toby of Jasper; his children, Melissa Fischer (Dave) of Haysville and Brad Toby (Melissa) of Vienna; his siblings, Earl Toby (Ann) of Elyria, Viola Shupe of Paoli, Irene Dillman (Clarence) of Gulf Shores, Leo Toby (Peggy) of Orleans, Glen Toby (Roberta) of Marengo, Catherine Thomas (Terry) of Elizabethtown, Henry Toby (Kathy) of Birdseye and Dorothy Kellams (Mike) of Birdseye; his grandchildren, Dustin, Alisha and Kayla; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Neveah.
