He is survived by: his pets, Maddux and Molly; his children, Andrew Hodgin of Louisville and Abbygail Hodgin of Lynchburg, Virginia; his father John Hodgin (Linda) of Fort Myers, Florida; his sister Lisa Hodgin Wines of Irvington, Kentucky; his friend Amy Hodgin of Louisville; and his in-laws, Barry and Shirley Ellison of Parrish. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends, coworkers, golfing companions.
