He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Stout and Lillian Stout; and his brother Robert L. Stout. He is survived by: his wife Reba Stout; his daughter Shawn Hicks (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jordan Hicks and Brendan Hicks; his sister Linda Breeding; and his nieces and nephews, Bruce Stout, Robert Stout (Rebecca), Tonya Short (David) and Holly Caudill. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
