Thomas Shackelford (William B. Shackelford, II) of Reedsville, WV and Wendy B. Thomas (David S. Puderbaugh) of Morgantown, WV; his niece Harlie Linn Shackelford; and his nephews, Luke Anthony Puderbaugh, Dylan Thomas Puderbaugh and David Cameron Puderbaugh.
