She is survived by: her parents, Vincent Kleczynski and Cecelia Kleczynski; her children, Drew David, Remy Kleczynski and Honor Hart; her siblings, Sage Kleczynski (Jalissa) and Nova Kleczynski (Amanda Pearl); and her nieces and nephews, Avery, Eaden and Remy (Joseph Hart). She is also survived by her family, friends.
