With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Jean Herrick (Jeffersonville, Indiana), who passed away on October 2, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Stapert; her sister Nancy (William); her daughter Lisa; and her great grandchild Cayden. She is survived by: her mother Pauline Stapert; her children, Stephanie and Jason (Betty); her siblings, Donald, Bob (Stephanie) and Jan (Joe); her grandchildren, Miranda (Justin), Isaac (Cassidy), Madison (Dillion), Sarinah (Nick), Drew (Summer), Wyatt (Mia) and Audrey; and her great grandchildren, Lilly, Hollyn and Wesley.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Floyd County Animal Rescue League, one of Carol's favorite charities because she understood that strays need love too.
