It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cecil Robbins in Jeffersonville, Indiana, born in Keokee, Virginia, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Robbins; his daughter Lisa Robbins; his parents, John Robbins and Maggie Robbins; and his siblings, Lena Mae, Anna Lee, Janet, Clifton, Marshall, Dallas and Glenn.

He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Fuchs (Pat) and Judy Garcia (Jorge); his grandchildren, Erica Ramirez (Joe), Nicholas Fuchs, Zachary Garcia (Ashley), Ethan Garcia (Bree) and Trey Garcia; his great grandchildren, Ricky, Bradley, Tyler Ramirez and Cooper Garcia; and his brother Richard Robbins.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the family wishes for the visitation and funeral service to be limited to only Cecil's closest friends and family for the safety of everyone.
