She is survived by: her children, Michelle Johnson of Jeffersonville, IN, Butch Blais of Jeffersonville, IN and Brian Blais (Lynn) of Johnston, RI; her siblings, Rita Chartier and Jerry Lapierre; her granddaughters, Erica Kimmel, Lindsey and Ashley Blais; and her great grandchildren, William, Waylon and Ella Kimmel.
