He is survived by: his wife Candice; his children, Irelynn Smith, Grant Smith, Adrien Smith, Zach Smith, Avery Smith (Angelina), David Smith (Yaddy) and Christian Jr. Watts (Jasmyn); his grandchildren, William, Samuel, Silas, Solomon and Sampson; his niece Renni; his brothers, Abram Michael Smith (Julie), Mathew Smith and Jason West; his parents, Russell West and Linda West; and his pet Cinnamon.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1415 Msh N Ln, Madison, IN 47250).
