He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hornback; his children, Tonya Hornback (Jeremy), Misty Ward (John), Wayne Hornback and Nathan Woosley; his grandchildren, Avrielle Chesher, Gavin Chesher, Ally Walsh (David), Gabby Ward, Kyle Woosley, Tyler Woosley, David Hornback Jr. and Chrystal Jones; his great grandchildren, Meredith Walsh and Jameson Hornback; his sisters, Joyce Burnett, Patricia Hawkins and Sharyn Warford; his siblings-in-law, Saundra Smith, Stephanie Dennis, Bruce Wagner, Billy Dennis and David Dennis (Shannon); and his close friend Rock. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Kraft Funeral Home (2776 Charlestown Rd, New Albany, IN 47150). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
