Dean Marble Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dean Marble of Jeffersonville, Indiana, who passed away on December 1, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dean Marble to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Enos and Maude Lucille Marble (Perrine); his wife Doris June Marble (Bottorff); his brother Vernon "Bud" Marble; and his daughter-in-law Shelley Jo Marble.

He is survived by: his children, David Alan Marble (Leaha) and Dawn McCaskill; his grandchildren, Meredith McCaskill Thornton (Patrick), Sydney Tomlin (Nicholas), Alexa and Elle Marble; and his sweet great-grandbabies Gideon.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
