She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Byrd and Rosetta Joe (Strickland). She is survived by: her children, Jenee Byrd (Lisa), Jonathan Endsley (Keisha) and Gary Byrd (Maureen); and her siblings, Abby Joe, Tracy Joe, Ronald Stevenson and Edward Joe (Jo Ann). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and many great grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
