He was predeceased by: his parents, Dick Fowler and Cornie Fowler; and his son Joey. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughter Tracy Abney (Scott Cavenee); his grandsons, Tyler, Kyle and Benjamin; and his siblings, Sandy Harper (Zack), Lynne Fleece (late Bill) and Dave Fowler. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Louisville chapter of the Dream Factory or Children Conquering Cancer.
