He is survived by: his children, Christina Hooker and Jeremy Johnson; his siblings, Alvin Hooker, Jr. (Kristina), Scott Hooker, Mary Jenkins and Bobby Jenkins; his siblings' children, Brandy Mitchell (Jon), Emma Riggle, Christopher Jenkins (Kelly), Jeremy Copeland, Corey Copeland, Donald Jenkins Jr. and Micah Hooker; his great-nephews, Evan Jenkins and Isaiah Huff; and his great-niece Lakaiya Huff.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Center - Scott Chapel (921 Main St, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
