He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kaye Simms; his children, Jeremy Simms, Daniel Simms (Amanda) and Amanda Simms; his father Terry Stivers; his grandchildren, Cole Huffman, Presleigh Miller, Alexis Simms and Caleb Simms; and his sister Samantha Stivers Killen (Roger).
