He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Decker and Marie Decker. He is survived by: his wife Burnis Graham Decker; his children, Steve Decker (Sharon), Tony Decker (Kim), Sherry Pollard (Don), Tracy Foster and Eddie Voyles (Julie); his siblings, Larry Decker (Betty) and Vera Seawright; his brother-in-law Bruce Graham (Jeanie); his grandchildren, Heather, Nicole, Emily, Elle, Kayla, Kara and Jason; and his great grandchildren, Devyn, Ashtyn, Zachary, Kenzi, Aislin, Regan, Miran, Larkin, Bailey, Marlee and Lauren.

Due to COVID-19 pandemic, friends and family are asked to remain in their vehicles for a drive-by visitation to pay respect to Frank and his family and if possible, wear something blue in honor of Frank.
