He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Skaggs and Arlene Skaggs. He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Skaggs; his uncle Bobby Newton (Joetta); his mother-in-law Janet Rodgers; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Simpson, Teresa McMurry (Greg) and Rhonda McGee (Ken). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
