He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harroll and Marion Lucille Powell (Kindom). He is survived by: his wife Sherry Powell (Winters) of Jeffersonville; his sons, Jamie Powell of Jeffersonville, Andrew Winters of Jeffersonville and Aaron Winters of Jeffersonville; his siblings, Russell Powell of Louisville and Bonnie Wallace of Louisville; and his pet Bella. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Greater Life Apostolic Sunday School at 114 N. Beckley Station Road; Louisville, KY 40245.
