He was predeceased by: his brother Rich. He is survived by: his wife Nina Miller; his children, Jenna Esarey (Jeff), Laura Garrett (Tony) and Allison Miller; his grandchildren, Curtis Esarey (Missy), Rachel Wood (Matt), Jacob Garrett and Isabelle Glenn Garrett; his great grandchild Nellie Mae Esarey; his brother Robert Miller (Kam); his cousin Donna Sue; and his friend Paul Bitimier.
