He is survived by: his wife Glenda Kovert; his daughters, Kara Kovert Pray (Greg) and Krista Thompson (Jeff); his brother Rex Kovert (Peggy); his grandchildren, Eleanor Pray, Dylan Thompson, Luke Thompson and Lyla Thompson; and his close friend Don Neal. He is also survived by father and grandfather who leaves his family.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
