She is survived by: her children, Amy Guernsey (James), Brian Kirk (Tiffany), Susan DeVary and Wendy Slavik (Scott); her brother Harry J Herbert, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Katie Guernsey, Taylor Stone, Andrew Kirk, David Hagan, Lauren Devary, Ashton Slavik, Bryce Slavik and Lainie Slavik.
