She was predeceased by: her husband James Q. Randolph; her parents, Phema Grills Jones and John G. Jones; and her siblings, Thelma Jones, Ethel Mills, Effie Day, Garnett, Clifton, Clofus, Grover, Arnold, Otis, Shelby and Ernest Jones.
She is survived by: her sisters, Bessie J. Clipp of Sellersburg and Flora J. Cooper of Greensboro; and her stepchildren, Barb Randolph-Couture and Richard Randolph. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations in Hazel's honor to Cliff Hill Cemetery in Versailles, Indiana.
