He is survived by: his mother Marie Francis Tandy (Bolton) of Evans, GA; his wife Mary Elizabeth DeBurger (Ragan); his sons, James Mark DeBurger, Jr. (Catherine) of Charlestown and Joshua A. DeBurger (Charla) of Jeffersonville; his grandchildren, Charles, Lincoln, Grace and Emma; and his sisters, Charlotte Riley (Tom) of Evans, GA and Stella Bruner of Madison, IN. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
