He was predeceased by: his father James Edward DeBurger; and his brother Daniel Allan DeBurger. He is survived by: his mother Marie Francis Tandy (Bolton) of Evans, GA; his wife Mary Elizabeth DeBurger (Ragan); his sons, James Mark DeBurger, Jr. (Catherine) of Charlestown and Joshua A. DeBurger (Charla) of Jeffersonville; his grandchildren, Charles, Lincoln, Grace and Emma; and his sisters, Charlotte Riley (Tom) of Evans, GA and Stella Bruner of Madison, IN. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (2515 Veterans Pkwy, Jeffersonville, IN 47130). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
