He is survived by: his children, Erica Tyson (Arslan Javed), Deanna Young, Danniyal Hinkle and Michael Harris; and his siblings, Melvin White, Phyllis Hobbs Willis, Glenda White, Orlenda "Lonnie" Young and Robert Young. He is also survived by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and a multitude of friends.
