He was predeceased by: his mother Laura; his brother Larry Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Delbert Curry and Marie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Alice Eddy; his children, Anthony Eddy (Melissa), Douglas Eddy, Tammy Eddy and Joseph Eddy; his sister Phoebe Curry; his grandchildren, Alex Eddy, J. R. Eddy and Amy Eddy; his great grandchild Amira Eddy; and his caregivers, Jim and Lisa Ponce.
