He was predeceased by: his parents, Lessie Smith and Myrtle Smith. He is survived by: his wife Sue Smith; his children, Susan Rollman (Dan) and Jerry Lee Smith Jr. (Amy); and his granddaughters, Alexa Morgan and Madison Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
