He was predeceased by: his father John Sr. Johnson; and his brother Art Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Joy Hunt (Tim) and John Johnson, III; his grandchildren, Adriana, Timothy and Ezra; and his brothers, Dave and Kirk Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
