She is survived by: her children, David Rusk (Tina) of Fort Wayne, Lori Muncy (Brandon) of Jeffersonville and Tony Rusk (Jennifer) of Olney; and her grandchildren, Alan Rusk (Meghan), Jennifer Rusk, Troy Rusk, Austin Muncy, Aaron Muncy, Lauren Muncy, Evan Rusk and Nate Rusk.
Judy's family is requesting that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association or the Special Olympics in her honor.
