He is survived by: his wife Mollie Duff; his siblings, Kristy Duff (Tim Schaefer), Lisa Riley, Kim Smith (Shane), Darrell Duff (Jayne) and Charlie Duff; his stepmother Kathy Duff; his stepbrother Matt Solomon (Tatiana); his aunts, Margie "Momo" Haines and Sue Coombs; his cousin Mary Ann Bemiss; his siblings-in-law, Jenny Monks (Tracy) and Vince Monks (Kelli); and his parents-in-law, Phil and Fran Monks. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sts. Simon and Jude Catholic Church (4335 Hazelwood Ave, Louisville, KY 40215). A Mass was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
