He is survived by: his wife Patricia Singh (Leach); his sisters, Cosette Serabjit-Singh (Richard Philpot) and Sandra Welch (Rick); his mother-in-law Agnes Leach; and his brother-in-law David Leach (Marie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews and his kitty cat.
