In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Leon had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Leon may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lassie Pearl England Shaw and Edward Osborne Shaw; and his wife Ruth Margaret Kimbley Shaw. He is survived by: his son David Shaw (Becky RN); and his grandchildren, Justin Shaw and Melissa Foster. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Leon can be made to The American Kidney Fund.
