He is survived by: his wife Margaret Embry; his children, James Embry (Karla Herron) and Mary Daugherty (Jon); his siblings, Leonard Embry and Pauline Smith; his grandchildren, Victoria Hancock (Danielle), Tanner, Katie Embry, Alison Middleton, Ryan and Collin Daugherty; and his great grandchildren, Brentley, Jackson Hancock and Kylo Embry.
