He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Chambers; his wife Jennifer Chambers; his children, Kai Chambers (Christian), Johnathan Stark, Lilly Stark and Kevin Chambers; and his siblings, Donald Chambers, Seanette Cope, Jennifer Unsworth (Stephen), Beverly Chambers (Felicia) and Randy Chambers.
