She was predeceased by: her parents, William D. Hill and Daisy M. Lamaster Hill; her siblings, William "Ebbie" Hill and Mary Joyce Taylor; and her sister-in-law Regina Hill.
She is survived by: her husband Carl W. Whelan; her children, Mary "Evelyn" Siebert (Mike) and Carl "Sonny" Whelan II (Colleen); her siblings, Richard Hill, Gary Hill (Phyllis) and Debbie Stevenson; her grandchildren, Brittany Hughes (Ben), Kori Lynn Corrao (Spencer) and Michael Siebert Jr. (Amber); and her great grandchildren, Archer Hughes and Ira Corrao. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and close friends.
