Mark leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Mark’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sonny Paulley and Hazel "Irene" Parker; and his brothers, Dwayne Paulley, Duke Paulley, Troy Paulley and Linn Paulley.
He is survived by: his daughter Erica Hartman (Chris); his grandchildren, Brianna Ragains (Alex) and Josiah Hartman; his great grandchildren, Charlie Ragains and Bennett Ragains; and his siblings, Joseph Paulley (Christy) and Charlotte Busam. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
