With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael L. Ranney Sr. (Jeffersonville, Indiana), who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ranney and Dolores Vera Ranney; his former wife Connie M. Ranney; his brothers, Francis Ranney and Ben Ranney; and his son Kevin A. Rager.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Ranney; his children, Michael L. Ranney Jr. (Christy), Larry Rager (Kit), Keith Rager (Debra) and Jennifer Kruer; and his siblings, Paul Ranney (Chris), Chuck Ranney, Richard Ranney (Karen) and Patricia Simmonds. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
