We are sad to announce that on May 15, 2023, at the age of 93, Nancy A. McDowell (Jeffersonville, Indiana), born in New Albany, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Letcher Saunders and Meta B. Saunders; her husband James McDowell; and her sister Patricia Chinn. She is survived by: her children, Lisa O'Neal (Christopher), John Carl (Cheryl) and Brent Carl (Catherine Webb); and her grandchildren, Joe Strother (Andrea), Rebecca Aldammad, Zachary Carl, Elizabeth Gray (Seth), Bryce Carl and Brandon Carl. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of your choice or to the Indiana Campus of Southeast Christian Church.
