He is survived by: his wife Barbara Chapman; his children, Charity Chapman, Faith Banks (Ronnie Timberlake) and Neil Chapman Jr. (Charita); his stepsons, Joshua and Joseph Growe; his siblings, Diane Smith and Denis Chapman; his grandchildren, Josh, Evan, Hunter, Vivienne and Jake; and his great grandchild Blake.
