It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Joe Buscher of Jeffersonville, Indiana, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on March 20, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Joseph Buscher and Judith Ruby Buscher; and his sister Melinda Haggadone. He is survived by: his wife Patricia L. Buscher; his children, Kathy Mosley of Jeffersonville, Phillip Jay, KristyBuscher of Salem, Charmaine Kinnett (Bill), Cynthia Butler (George) of Mitchell, Christina Buscher of Jeffersonville, Mary Ann Jackson (Doug) of Vilonia, AZ and Connie Otter (Ray) of Versailles; and his siblings, Bob Buscher (Ann) of Plainfield and Ruth Ann Fennel of Arcadia. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
