It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean (Runyon) Nowlin of Jeffersonville, Indiana, who passed away on September 14, 2025, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Runyon and Edna Runyon (Meiser); her husband Howard Nowlin; her daughter Karen Barrett; her brother James Wesley; and her grandson Gary Scott.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Nowlin and Raymond Scott; and her grandchildren, Sheryl Barrett, Bryan Scott, Dwayne Scott, Joel Barrett and Stephanie Scott.
