He was predeceased by: his siblings, Charlotte DeLise and Donnie Schulz. He is survived by: his wife Donna (Crotty); his son Mack Schulz; his daughter-in-law Taylor Schulz; his grandsons, Spencer Lee and Rex Raymond Schulz; his siblings, Stan, Tom (Missy), Jeffrey and Jennifer O'Brien; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Small (Ron) of Aurora and Anita Mansell of Birmingham, Alabama.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, please make charitable contributions to St Jude's Children's Hospital or Pancreatic Research.
