With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard C. Mittel Sr. of Jeffersonville, Indiana, born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond C. Mittel and Lizabeth F. Mittel; and his wife Maxine F. Mittel. He is survived by: his children, Stacy Wisenski (Stephen) and Rick "Ricky" Mittel (Bobbie); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Ryan Mittel, Sadie and Stosh Wisenski; and his siblings, Joseph R. Mittel (Leslie) and Dr. Linda Mittel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews, along with cousins.

Memorial contributions can be made to Wounded Warriors and/or Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
