He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McMullin and Agnes McMullin; and his wife Kitty McMullin. He is survived by: his children, Matt Ramer (Ruth), Geoff Ramer (Kim) and Gretchen Mitchell (Sean). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
